Basic is free forever and covers that first inspection end-to-end. Pro is $15/month (14-day trial, no card to start) and adds the workflows you reach for once a home becomes a running operation: multiple files, chat, warranties, repair ballparks, contractor discovery, and more than one property.

Common questions
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start a 14-day Pro trial without entering any payment information. You will only be asked for a card if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Basic?
Your uploaded documents remain stored, and your single-inspection dashboard (issues, equipment, maintenance) stays intact. Pro-only surfaces — multi-document analysis, the AI assistant, warranty insights, repair cost estimates, and local service pro matching — are hidden until you subscribe again. If you re-upgrade, access to those workflows restores on the documents you already uploaded.
Is the AI assistant included on Basic?
No. The conversational assistant is Pro-only, for the same reason multi-document analysis is: it indexes the property library you build over time. See AI Home Assistant for detail.
Can I use HomeCommand for multiple properties on Pro?
Yes. Pro allows you to add and manage multiple properties under one account, each with its own documents, dashboard, and analysis.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
